Happy August! I know I'm a few days late but it does NOT feel like August already 🙈 I was even late flipping my calendar which never happens! It some ways 2020 feels like the longest year, in others it's zooming on by. What are your goals for August? I have a personal goal of having more grace with myself. I'm so hard on myself, day in and day, professionally and personally. I'm the first to put myself down, the first to find my flaws, and it's wearing me down and has me questioning myself nearly daily. I work on doing better, and then find myself slipping into my own self-destructive ways once again.
