Thanks to the fabulous @scottstrazzante and his intrepid documentary skills I have proof that I photographed last nights #padres and #sfgiants game at @oraclepark in San Francisco. What’s the big deal? Well besides the fact that we are in the middle of the pandemic baseball weirdness of no fans and everything last night marked a major milestone for me. Last night marked my FIFTH DECADE of shooting San Francisco Giants baseball (and of course big league ball in general). I shot my first Giants game as an intern at the Contra Costa Times in April of 1987. When you run the numbers it equals five decades and it sounds like a long-ass time.
