Finn wanted to join the Britton’s for the July 5k so we got him signed up. He wanted a medal just like Deff. We split the race up into 6 days and he ran 1/2 a mile each time. Took him about an hour and 10 minutes total to complete. Everyday for the last 3 months he’s asked me to check my email to see if his medal was coming. It showed up last week so we completed the race this morning. Even had a cheering section at the finish line on the trail. We’ve kept the race a secret since April so he could surprise his family at the end. Boy were they surprised.
