Our hearts beat as one even as we play different rhythms because we are on the same beat towards liberation for all! #BlackLiberation #NativeSovereignty We are calling on drummers, singers and dancers of Coast Salish and Indigenous of Turtle Island from South to North America, African Diaspora, and Asian Pacific Islander relatives to help us ground the space in tradition, culture and community. Police violence has taken many of our relatives in the native, black, latinx, and API communities; we stand and share songs as a way to continue building community with the movements of Black Lives Matter, MMIP, and what are the changes we want to see in our spaces.
