The US needs to know that it’s the American businesses & consumers who are paying for the tariff hikes on China. The higher the tariffs, the higher the cost for the American people.
It reminds me of the song “they don’t care about us” composed by Michael Jackson in 1995. Maybe it means that the US doesn’t care about its own citizens.
