Tegan & Katie, my daughter received your book for Christmas as she is a huge fan who watches you daily. As she opened I think she hoped it was one you had randomly signed but not so 🤪 it is her 10th birthday tomorrow on New Year’s Day and I wonder if there are any events you have coming up this year where she might be able to get it signed? And possibly get to see you in person@at a cake show or something? Of course today I am making one of your cakes as I have for several years now. Well done Tigga…I’ll be getting this for sure..can I ask a question on the Swiss Butter Cream..I find it hard to find the Solite shortening at times..can you use Copha from the Supermarket instead?..are the ingredients ok to substitute?
