BEST hot sauce : EVER. 🌶 So versatile. Here’s the basic - makes about 8 oz • • • 1/2 lb of spicy red pepper (just not Thai) - for this one I used #CherryBombPepper (I personally wouldn’t use a sweet red) - #SantaFeGrande peppers are great too - 2 Tbsp of chili pepper flakes - 1/4 cup olive oil - Blend in @vitamix – – or a high speed blender —on 10 and not Max because you don’t want it soupy you want it to have a little bit of texture. 📍 Salt to taste. Store in a glass jar in the fridge. PS if you want it less thick, add some purified water NOT from plastic !!! • • I put it on sandwiches, eggs, soups, proteins, noodles, hummus and dip‘s, wraps, pasta, crostini‘s, mix it with labneh.... and more!
