Yes, I am looking at you 😉 And I’m asking, are you drinking enough water? Last week a lot of people joined me in a challenge to drink more and hopefully we are all going strong! One tip I had was to actually use a measuring cup, especially when you’re at home or at your desk sipping, that way you know exactly how much you’re consuming. If you have a water bottle that doesn’t show you amounts, you can use a measuring cup to pour it in and then in the future it’ll be easier to track, it’s really helped me! So what’s your magic number? How much water do you drink now and how much do you actually want to drink? I’ve been at 6-8 glasses a day and I’m really happy about it! (PS.
