{Do you brain dump?} Simply put, when you have a lot of thoughts running around in your head and you sit down and write all about it, you are dumping it out of your brain! It was just last year that @taslimjaffer suggested I write for 10-15 minutes a day a few times a week. I haven’t been consistent, but this weekend I bought a new journal and I will be more regular about it. Taslim talks a lot about writing for healing and I’ve realized that writing out the things that are in my head, really make a difference in how I feel and understand.
