Today I am starting my 6-week program with @foodforsleep_vancouver. I’m doing this as a natural way to try and deal with the impact of changing hormones (hello 40,) the exhaustion I feel and to improve my sleep. I am going to blog about everything after my journey, however I will be sharing little bits along the way of what I’m doing. (Check my IG stories today to find out how I will be starting every morning.) Today’s breakfast is something I will be having a couple times as week. (I’ll share the ingredients at the bottom.) Other breakfasts include smoothies and eggs. It’ll be a a meal plan of eating real, unprocessed foods. This is with the goal of trying to balance things out on the inside.
