On Monday, I will be starting a 6-week program targeted at helping me with fatigue, sleep and hormone issues. I deal with exhaustion on a daily basis, my sleep isn’t the best and after turning 40, let’s say things are not as they were. So I am working with holistic nutritionist Roxanne @foodforsleep_vancouver on this program that favours, whole foods as well as special teas and other natural products.
