It never fails, as the days get darker, I get affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder. I don’t like it, but it happens. I could feel it last night when I just wanted to keep eating even though my stomach was full. I could tell when I didn’t set my alarm to wake up to go workout in the morning. Even though I did end up going to the gym (because I know it’s one do the things that helps me with S.A.D) I had a really hard time getting through the workout and couldn’t give my best effort. I can tell by the way I’m acting & reacting to my family. Do you get affected by S.A.D?
