For those who claim you can't build big amounts of strength without weights, this is the first bit of deadlifting I've done for about 18 months.....or weights of any kind for that matter!
Thought I'd let the inner child out and see how heavy I could go for one rep. Not bad at all - 2.13 times bodyweight for anyone interested. Just shows moves like the #frontlever and #backlever build huge amounts of total body strength and power
