Milwaukee Ballet’s newest leading artist, Jennifer Hackbarth, first danced in "The Nutcracker" at just 7 years old. After a professional career in New York, Germany, and Florida, she’s back where it all began, making the ballet that started it all even more meaningful.

“When you evolve and grow with a ballet, it becomes very dear to your heart,” Hackbarth says.
