"This has been the best program so far that I've ever tried! The workouts are so TOUGH, but the weird thing is....I get excited to go to the gym and do them! (That's never happened before! Ha!) Fasting until noon was way easier than I ever thought. I usually get woozy if I don't eat and I was so worried to try workouts while fasting in the morning. But I think my body actually likes this way better!! I don't get hungry and I have more energy than I've had in a YEAR! Losing inches at the end of all this will just be a bonus!!
