Took the afternoon to do a little climbing. I've been lucky enough to have a lot of training sessions with a lot of great clients and athletes lately, and the afternoon unexpectedly opened up for once and I figured why not stay local? I live on one of the best blocks in Brooklyn and have this dope gym and climbing wall down the street-- and besides, tomorrow I've got a lot of jiu jitsu on the agenda. :-) I've been doing a lot of work lately to really injury proof my body, and if my time with @stevemaxwellsc has taught me anything, it's the importance of pacing yourself for longevity. I intend to be doing this til the day I die- so this is no race. I always say to people "I want to come back tomorrow," and that's how I always approach training: smart, hard, and sustainable.
