Do @sweatwithkayla, they said. It'll be great, they said. Honestly, that total body workout was f**king killer but I'm SO pumped that I finished it. A few months ago I never would have had the determination to push my way through the entire 28 minutes. I'd take more breaks than necessary or half ass the moves. NOT TODAY, bitches, not today! Oh, also, I've taken today off tracking and have been listening to my body instead. I've learned a lot about nutrition these past few months. Enough to know what my daily diet should primarily look like and when to know to stop eating (unless it's Oreos, then ya girl is not knowledgable). Ultimately, my goal is to get to a place where I can either lose or maintain my weight without weighing and tracking everything I put in my mouth so let's see how this goes 🙈
