Eating healthy shouldn't be about struggling to stay away from things that are bad for you, but instead about training your mind to crave for things that are actually good for you. I always crave for a green vegetable juice over a cheeseburger - honestly!🙌🏻 Sure I still enjoy some naughty things like donuts, but less & less everyday! 👀 Eating healthy should also not be about restricting yourself - that I've learned the hard way. By learning that I don't need to be perfect, I've finally managed to get better; still a year ago I would have freaked out over greek yoghurt, but now I'm totally smashing it on my pancakes when I feel like it. I've given up on labels & simply eat what my body is asking for.✨
