  • ketology.co@cali_hike no, you don't ever need to get added protein. You get plenty from the meat, cheese and nuts. Most protein bars are crap and filled with sugar and other bad stuff.

  • markcafieroBecker you're obviously not an expert in the ketogenic lifestyle just yet. So I'm not taking your expertise on bars! This plate for example is 60% protein, 25% fat and 15% carb. That's not ketogenic. That's Atkins.
