Gotta love morning abs! :)) Just gotta figure out how to get evening abs! 😩
Pretty tough when you eat damn near 200g of carbs on your lifting days!! But, if my choices are 
A. Morning abs + 200g of carbs + Strong and athletic! 
Or 
B. Abs all the time + carb restricted + not as strong as I could be?? I'm A all the way!! πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’‹πŸ’‹ Prioritize strength and athleticism!! You'll feel good and look good! And the obsession with having or getting the perfect body all the time gets replaced with an obsession for finding out just how much your body is capable of. Oh. And that usually comes with a side of morning abs!! 😜
