starvingfoodistTonight I quiched some leftover roasted Brussels, Japanese yam and Yukon golds with Dutch cheese and quinoa for good measure. Wasn't sure about my wonky butter crust, but it turned out flaky and tender, maybe thanks in part to luck from grandma's pie pan.
