  • danistevens365My world has completely changed since removing ALL animal products from my everyday lifestyle (it took me 42 years ๐Ÿ˜”but it's never too late!) same with our @Nomadz6 ๐Ÿ‘ซ๐Ÿ‘ฌ๐Ÿ‘ญfamily ๐Ÿฅ—๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฅ™๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒฏ๐ŸŒฑ Some people said I would lose a lot of friends from my community for not sharing my meat dishes, cheese platters and egg frittata recipes. My heart was saddened ๐Ÿ’”as I want everyone to be part of my community of happiness, love, compassion and positive vibes.
    So I figure a new challenge needs to be created to get people to feel better. How about a 3-day Plant ๐ŸŒฑ Based Challenge??? Could you eat one #animalfree meal per day? Could you do it for 1, 2 or 3 days? It's all about taking baby steps together.
    One step at a time, I say. Let's avoid eating the factory farming animals and caged chicken eggs and let's fuel our souls with the abundance of whole foods and plants that are living and not animal by products and animals that are dead.
    Holly @naturallyholly and I have all the tools you will need to prepare for your 3 days or if you prefer just one meal per day.
    We will equip you with expert facts and bust myths around protein and iron being only sourced from red meat or that calcium is best obtained by drinking a mother cows ๐Ÿฎ milk supply.
    It's all about awareness, education, climate change, animal rights (56 billion animals are slaughtered each year) and eating at least one VEGAN ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ meal per day because I'm being the change I wish to see in the world ๐ŸŒŽand YOU can be the change too.

  • pacificdreamvanuatuYees.. It makes me sad that in Vila and Vanuatu coconut crab is on the menu :( as a tourist trap speciality... When. It's a protected species! I think eating flesh is can abolish to be honest... We can and have healthier bodies and minds and a lighter life without investing meats and its fear karma one absorbs with it....
