I am pretty sure my students have trust issues now when I put them in this pose, because they know ab work is coming! I included a video so you can see what I like to do in class. 😂🔥💪
My Sequence: .
Supta Padangushtasana .
Curl up and draw leg closer .
Interlace hands behind leg and push thigh into
hands to lift up even higher. .
Leg lifts 10-20
Open leg to side
Roll to belly in the direction you twisted to
Half frog pose
Gate pose variation with wrist stretch. .
