Emma Ravdin, served as a Volunteer Maryland AmeriCorps member -  VM Class 28, service year 2015-2016.  She served at Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)/ Prince George's County During her service year she recruited volunteers who were court-appointed advocates for abused or neglected children in order to provide children with a safe and healthy environment in permanent homes.  At the end of her service year, Emma stated one of, “The most important part of my experience has been the ability to work with volunteers....I have enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life.” #volunteers #serveayear #volunteerappreciation
