A) Is that b/c of it's anti-inflammaotry effects & B) do you think that they rec tea as "they" do not know how many calories most ppl consume in a day?

- iquitsugar@politicallyincorrectyogi yes ginger tea is great to reduce bloating as it's packed full of vitamin c, amino acids as well as calcium, zinc, sodium & phosphorus! It also helps with digestion which in turn helps relieve any bloating.
