My favourite healthy quick lunch/dinner. Morrison's Moroccan style cauliflower cous cous. Just £1 and the whole tub is under 150 Cal's. I stir fry it on hot for a few minutes and then it's done! A bit of low cal dressing on the side is nice. It has onion, sweet potato, chickpeas, peppers and some greenery in it. Nice and spicy!
