My favourite healthy quick lunch/dinner. Morrison's Moroccan style cauliflower cous cous. Just £1 and the whole tub is under 150 Cal's. I stir fry it on hot for a few minutes and then it's done! A bit of low cal dressing on the side is nice. It has onion, sweet potato, chickpeas, peppers and some greenery in it. Nice and spicy! Sprinkled some nutritional yeast on top too! 3.5 of your daily 5! #fightingobesity #weightlossjourney
