I find that when I talk to women about diet, they fall into one of these extremes 99% of the time. 
They either: 
1. Aren't ready to make a healthy change at all (fear of option #2 below and failure?)
OR
2. Struggle because they think they have to do something extreme... cut carbs, count macros forever, cut all sugar, only eat 'clean', meal prep constantly ...and these things are not sustainable for most of us
IT'S MY GOAL TO SHOW YOU A BETTER WAY!
