Although I only took a couple of days off from the gym, it's crazy what a slight difference in nutrition can make to performance! My only source of sugar is normally fruit, so enjoying a few #easter treats has left my body feeling rather blah now.. still, no regrets! Straight back into wholesome, nutrient-dense food today.
