So from western part of Kyoto, I then travelled to the southern part (in one day haha which quite a feat) for the #FushimiInariShrine (#FushimiInariTaisha) and it didn't disappoint. The rain keeps on falling but it didn't stop us. Bit challenging because the passageway is quite narrow and with everyone carrying an umbrella makes it harder for the incoming and outgoing tourists. Fushimi Inari Shrine is an important Shinto shrine in southern Kyoto. It is famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main buildings. The trails lead into the wooded forest of the sacred #MountInari, which stands at 233 meters and belongs to the shrine grounds. Reached the main shrine in 45 minutes and ahhh the #food at the walkway 👌| #HETHLERized #TravelGoals #TravelGoals2017 #HETHLERtravels #MeTime #Kyoto #CherryBlossoms #SakuraTree #Osaka #Nara #Kobe #Japan #TravelGram #Travel #WhenInJapan #Spring #SpringSeason #SpringInJapan 🇵🇭🇯🇵 | www.instagram.com/hethler
