I don't frequently eat soy or soy products because most of them are gmo and my body just doesn't respond well to legumes in general. I do appreciate a good fermented food here and there and this miso fits the bill. •
While I like that it's fermented, which helps improve digestibility, I am more impressed with miso's umami flavor which can make a dish go from yum to 👏💥yumtastic💥👏 in a flash. •
