πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ COOKING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS! πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ On Sunday I attended a Infused Cooking Class held by the lovely @chantal_essentially_potent 
We got to enjoy the following recipes:
// Friands- Apple and nectarine with cassia essential oil
// Date, fig, prune walnut and cacao bliss balls with peppermint essential oil
// Tom Kha Veggie vermicelli noodle soup with lemongrass, ginger, lime, coriander and black pepper essential oils
// BBQ grillled Mushrooms(with thyme essential oil) zucchini (with lime and lemon essential oils) and salsa rosa (with oregano essential oil) stacks with goats cheese crumbled on top // salad with dressing made with balsamic vinegar and orange essential oil
// tortilla espanol (no added essential oils). It was a such a fun and interactive class where we all got to learn more about these amazing oils and other ways to cook with them. 
Chantal is holding another Infused Cooking class on the 22nd April in Brisbane.  There will be more amazing recipes to learn about and to sample. I cannot wait!! Who would like to come along with me?
