Take your hands to the table shoulder distance and turn your pointer finger out a little. This will open the shoulders more. Now, walk back so your torso is parallel to the ground and your hips are over your heels. Press the table forward and away as you draw the right + left outer hips back in space. Roll your shoulder heads away from one another. Key your ears in line with your forearms. Take 10 slow, deep breaths into your side ribs. Slowly walk your body forward to the table or walk.
