Remember those goals you set at the beginning of the month? Or maybe the beginning of the year? Even if they haven't gone quite your way, the character you build by pushing through those challenges, getting up to try again, deciding to press on, is a success in itself! 
Think back on those goals and do ONE THING today to work towards it. Then do one thing tomorrow. And the next day. Small steps every day.
