4.9.17 - I haven't posted a #mealprepsunday in a while because I've just been so busy with life that I finally had the time to just plan it all out. This week, the usual veggies: sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts and green beans with tri-tip steaks. For breakfasts, I made egg cups! Cheese, spinach and ham! Only 72 calories per cup. Also a bunch of snacks for the day. I'm stoked this week! I gotta keep going down and hitting my goals. I got this. Have an awesome week everyone! 😙💕💪
