  • dollyandoatmealLunch vibes. Spring bowl w/ steamed broccoli & lemon juice (I've been eating brocc way since I was a kid and it's so good), carrot ribbons, baby spinach below, 🥑, pulled chicken w/ za'atar pesto (pesto recipe in the blog archives), a schmear of sunshine-y hummus, and @kitehillfoods chive spread. Taking care of my baby and working leaves zero room for cooking. So I've been meal prepping more and more these days because it's seriously the only way! I know there are so many other mamas/papas/busy bodies out there who probably do it so much better - what are you tricks!?
