Taking the day off of designing so I can clean the house and prep healthy meals and snacks because we have family coming to town tonight! Between good food, sister time with @thesarahlinden, and lots of nephew snuggles, I'm gonna be a happy girl this weekend.

Also, I'm always on the hunt for really good Paleo desserts, and I just feel like everyone needs to know about these Coconut Bliss Balls. So legit and only 4 ingredients!

1 cup coconut butter
1/3 cup chopped almonds
1 cup chopped dried apricots 
Shredded unsweetened coconut flakes

Blend first 3 ingredients in food processor until finely chopped and mixed, form into balls, coat in fine unsweetened coconut flakes, and chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!
