“You wouldn't care so much about what people think about you if you knew how little they did.” How true is that?

Being overly concerned about what others think about us may really hold us back from doing what we really want to do and becoming who we really want to become. In case of #HA, it means becoming healthier, stronger version of ourselves.

During the process of #hypothalamicamenorrhearecovery, we often think, what is so-and-so going to say if I put on weight? Will they think I'm lazy? That I let myself go? #hypothalamicamenorrheaissues

##

We can't keep thinking about what others think about us when health is our priority! It's our body, our life, our future that we're working for, not anyone else's.
##

Besides, there are not too many people who'd have a ton of time or interest to think about other people's weight gain anyway. They're busy with themselves, their own lives. Just as it should be.

##

But what if someone really does think about your weight and how much you gained or why? Well, if that really happened, that'd make me feel really important. Someone took time form their day to think about my problems! 🤔😀 ##

People have their own lives and own issues. They won't be all that excited about anyone else's.
