The main ingredients are things I prep over the weekend (chicken and quinoa in this instance) and the rest is staples we usually have (hummus + more veggies). Meal prep doesn't have to be making elaborate meals for everyday (although it can be). Make the basic things you like and mix and match them in different ways.
