fitnessfinn_Quick video on one of my favorite unilateral exercises, the Bulgarian split squat. I forgot to mention not to have your front foot to far out in front or too far back!!! I remember my first time trying this. It was so difficult! I kept falling over. It takes practice and time, just like it would with anything else! Training one side of your body at a time is really great because it helps strengthen both sides equally and helps to avoid muscular imbalances. Try it out on your next leg day!
