Interim Vice President for Information Services and Director of New Brunswick Libraries Jeanne Boyle presented
Anjanette Vaidya with the award for Overall Best Research Effort for her paper "Treatise For My Mamas: On Young Mothers, Higher Education, and the 'Myth of Lost Opportunity'" at the Undergraduate Research Writing Conference today.

Librarian Jill Nathanson notes the paper is "amazing... both enlightening and well researched." Included in the paper is this startling statistic "26% of undergraduate students are parents nationwide, and a full 43% of these are young single mothers."
