Wings and browns. One of my favorite meals eaten with one of my favorite people! Made wings with adobo seasoning, coconut flour, and olive oil. Baked at 425 for 25 mins then broiled for 5. Browns are loaded with zucchini and bell peppers (frozen mélange from @traderjoeslist) and some more adobo plus Italian seasoning.
