New Orleans IV, 2008.
The weekly Sunday second-line is the must-do event among locals (and a personal fave of mine just for people-watching alone).
Here, community brass bands, known as the main line, along with their accompanying dancers, parade through designated residential neighbourhoods, with the public -- the second line -- racing along after the group, raucously cheering them on.
Don't need Mardi Gras to be in party mode here.
