Often, I find myself with =< 30 mins to train. Momentum is an important and often overlooked aspect to training, so I do not skip workouts, I modify them.
* Alter pullups grips between sets or workouts
* Change angles or add load to pushups * Alter Squat type to Goblets, Dbl KB Fr Sq, Split Squat etc... Consistency > Perfect workout
