Sometimes we have those days, weeks or even months where we look in the mirror and don't really like the reflection staring back at us. 
That was me back in January (and December, November, October...). I wasn't happy with how I looked and I'd turned into a bit of negative Nancy, constantly worrying about the "what if's" in life and concentrating on all the thing's I DIDN'T have.

By the time it got to February, I'd decided enough was enough. So I made four key changes to my mindset and I can't tell you what a difference they've made.
