Today I finished my 6th consecutive morning workout and I have to say that I stand by my statement that "Exercising Makes Me A Better Mom." Starting the day out with a workout has given me more energy, I'm happier and I feel good! Ask my kids, I haven't even yelled at them once this week 😜 I totally recommend adding exercise to your like, even if it's only 2-3 times a week.
