Tried another Gardein thang today - Beefless tips 😁 The flavor was good, but I guess, that like with the 7-grain tenders, I wish they had a firmer, chewier texture. 🍷 I think that making a nice, rich gravy or sauce to go with them helps a lot! 😁 I usually make my brown sauces with margarine, miso paste, soy and worcestershire sauces, a thick plant milk or creme fraiche, and is necessary potato starch or flower to thicken it. 😊 Fried up some mushrooms and leeks too! 🌱 Have a great weekend and stay green! πŸ’š
