Happy Friday, angel!  We're treating ourselves to these Frozen Mango & Cream Elixirs.  They're more like a dessert, really. So deliciously decadent, you won’t believe it’s good for you. Drink any time of the day. Yup, even breakfast. Tell them I said so. ;)⠀

Blend 1 large mango (peeled, chopped into small pieces, and pre-frozen) + 1/2 cup coconut water + 1 – 2 tbsp raw agave nectar or raw honey (optional – you could add a squeeze of lime juice instead, if you don’t have a sweet tooth) + small handful of ice, on high speed until smooth and creamy. If it gets stuck or looks too thick (like sorbet), add a little more coconut water.⠀
Divide between 2 glasses.  Top each glass with a layer of coconut cream.  Garnish with fresh mango slices + mint leaves.  Enjoy! x⠀
