A bunch of women have reached out to me with the same exact issue. Their boyfriends want them to lose weight or they explicitly tell them that they prefer a hair color other than their girlfriend's hair color or they encourage them to get breast implants, etc. In other words, their boyfriends are not satisfied with their physical appearance. What should women do in this situation?

If your man makes you feel like you need to change or you're not enough just the way you are, then you need to end this relationship ASAP before he totally ruins your self-esteem. Your partner is supposed to be your biggest fan no matter your weight, hair color or boob size.
By encouraging you to lose weight, he's basically telling you this, "I'm more attracted to girls that are skinnier than you." That's not love and he's definitely not worth your time. Would Noah from The Notebook tell Allie to lose weight? Exactly.

The biggest mistake a woman can make here is to try and match his "ideal" beauty standards in hopes of him finally falling in love for real. Don't do it, it won't work. Your relationship is obviously superficial and he'll always find something that's wrong with you.

  • mistajeckyllWow. A skinny girl talking about over weight girls and refering life with the notebook to do random cheap relationship psychology. Why not!
  • irina_teeI'm not talking about overweight girls, I'm talking about girls who are being put down by their boyfriends. And yes, the notebook is a great movie to look up to 😊 @mistajeckyll
