Happy humpday! Made it more than half way through the week - here's cheers to the downward slope till the weekend! I'm celebrating with a glass of rhubarb shrub mixed with sparkling water and topped with homegrown mint. It's my latest experiment for the March challenge from @foodinjars. Also inspired by @judewholefood and her mango/peach shrub. The rhubarb is macerated in sugar and combined with @capefarmshop orange and white balsamic vinegar. Quite delicious if I do say so myself!
